Rita has been actively involved in medical administration and management for more than 18 years. She has been an essential asset to Family Practice Associates because of her ability to recognize needs and set goals, self manage or work with team to meet those goals and tirelessly strive to improve the performance of everyone in the practice. She does this through leadership, communications, teamwork, morale building and instilling in everyone a "can do" success oriented attitude. Rita graduated from the University of South Alabama's medical office manager program.
Rita and her husband have 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, attending church, gardening, reading, sewing and crafts and vacationing in our country's national parks.
